Gaithersburg, MD: Today, VoteVets announced their endorsement of Rob Wu’s campaign for Montgomery County Council. Upon hearing the news, Rob issued the following statement:

“Thank you to VoteVets for endorsing our campaign! I have enjoyed serving our nation and our local community with honor. I want to use the knowledge, experience and leadership skills that I learned in the military and public office to move Montgomery County forward. If elected to the County Council, I’ll continue to work with veterans and civic leaders to make Montgomery County a leader in preserving our democratic values.”

Rob Wu is devoted to service. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, and has served in uniform and as a civilian in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea. In the US. Army Reserves since 2009, Rob has taught contract and fiscal law, advised commanders, and most recently supported U.S. Special Operations Command as a procurement advisor.
